Book a Complimentary Coaching Session
Bring a real leadership challenge and experience how coaching could help you move it forward.
This is a 60-minute coaching session, not just a discovery call. You might bring a difficult conversation, a decision you are stuck on, a pattern of firefighting, a challenge with your team, or something you know matters but are struggling to follow through on.
There is no obligation to continue afterwards. It is simply a chance to experience the coaching, get some useful thinking done, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Choose Your Coach
You can book directly with either Alison or Neil below. There is no right or wrong choice. We both work with leaders and managers, including people with ADHD and executive-function differences, and we share the same practical, warm and psychologically informed approach. If you do not have a strong preference, simply choose whoever feels like the best fit, or whose diary works best for you.
Alison May

Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Former NHS Leader
Alison is a CMI certified coach with a background in psychology, behaviour change, leadership and organisational development.
Before moving into coaching and leadership development, she worked as an NHS Commissioner and Systems Leader. Her work now focuses on helping leaders step back from the day-to-day, navigate difficult conversations and relationships, build greater ownership in their teams, and turn insight into meaningful action.
Outside work, you’ll often find her doing yoga, seeking out excellent food, or having a cocktail and a good old boogie.
Dr Neil Mclatchie

Coach, Psychologist and Former University Lecturer
Neil is an ILM certified coach, he holds a PhD in psychology and spent seven years as a university lecturer, alongside more than a decade of teaching, facilitation and coaching.
He brings a strong grounding in psychology, behaviour change and executive functioning, alongside lived experience of ADHD. His coaching helps people think clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns and translate what they know into practical action in everyday working life.
Outside work, you’ll often find him training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing chess, or walking Louis, our cockapoo.
