Hi! We’re Ali and Neil, Certified Coaches (Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Leadership & Management) and co-founders of The One Life School .
Our background is in Psychology and Behaviour Change. Neil used to be Experimental Psychologist (PhD) and Ali graduated with a Masters in Psychology and Behaviour Change.

When does the programme start?
The first Frazzled to Focused programme will launch in Quarter 4 of 23/24. We are limiting the beta programme to 4 people only. Because it is a 1:1 coaching programme, the specific timing of coaching sessions will be agreed by the coach and the client towards the start of the programme.
Who will my coach be?
You will either be coached by Head Coach Ali or Neil or a mix of both depending on the type of session. Your coach will largely be determined by availability, if you have any strong preferences we will try to take this into account.
How and when will the coaching sessions take place?
The coaching sessions will take place over Zoom or Google meets, with the precise time and location to be determined and agreed in advance between coach and client. You might be asked to complete certain activities prior to or following sessions.
How will I know that I’ve made the right decision to invest my money?
You’ll know you’ve made the right decision when you experience noticeable positive changes in your business and mindset. When you overcome hurdles that have kept you stuck for ages, and when you start taking steps to get closer to where you want to be.
